You know those days where you are just craving all the sweets? Well, this recipe is not only refined sugar free, it’s one of those super simple recipes where you almost always have all of the ingredients in your pantry already. Try it out! Ingredients: 1 cup nut butter 3/4 cup spelt flour 1/4 cup coconut sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp @giddyyoyo vanilla bean 1/4 tsp baking soda Pinch of mountain salt I also add in half of a giddy yoyo chocolate bar! I love adding in the original or X dark. Method: Preheat the oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix everything together and roll into balls (2 tbsp of cookie dough). Flatten lightly. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes. This makes about 10 cookies. If the mixture is too wet, add some more flour! That’s it!
