This is my go to during the candida or parasite cleanse! It's a must-try for all of those who are on the cleanse + miss having bread in their diet. I love having this with almond butter as a pre workout, with avocado (avo + toast is the best combo) or even as a burger bun!
Here's what you'll need:
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup flax meal
5 eggs (or flax eggs to make vegan)
1/4 cup coconut or avocado oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1.Preheat oven to 350.
2.In a large bowl, mix almond flour, flax, baking soda, sea salt.
3.Once all clumps are settled, add in all wet ingredients and whisk until combined.
4.Pour into your glass dish and keep in mind this mixture will rise. Add your extra ingredients to the top and bake for 45 minutes
One of the easiest recipes I’ve ever made. It’s seriously amazing to have on hand at any time. Tastes just like bread but you won't be feeling lethargic after this one!
