Paleo Banana Bread

If you know me, you know that almond flour is my favourite ingredient to use in baking! So naturally, I added it into this bread to make a delicious, paleo banana bread. This has become a serious staple in my household and I can definitely say that it goes a lot quicker than it takes to even make the loaf! I hope you love this recipe as much as I do! Ingredients: 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed 3 eggs, whisked 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk 2 tbsp maple syrup (I didn’t add this because of candida cleansing) 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract  1 tbsp cinnamon  1/4 tsp mountain salt  Optional toppings: Chocolate nuts, coconut flakes, seeds. Method: 1.Preheat the oven to 350. Line your loaf pan with coconut oil so your mixture does not stick. Set aside. 2.In a large mixing bowl, add in the mashed bananas, whisked eggs, coconut milk, vanilla and maple syrup.  3.In a smaller bow,, mix in all of the dry ingredients.  4.Pour the dry ingredients into he wet ingredients and mix carefully. Add in any toppings and place into the loaf pan. 5.Add any more additional toppings to your loaf. 6.Bake for 50 minutes to one hour. Allow the bread to cook before enjoying (if you can!).  Let me know if you guys try the recipe! I hope you had a lovely weekend.
