I've tested this recipe out 3 times and if you know how much almond flour is, you get my pain. but I am SO pumped that they finally turned out! I used @lilys_sweets chocolate bars because they are low in sugar, yet fulllll of flavour. I honestly find them to be one of the creamiest bars I've ever tried! & for the record, I didn't make these cookies low sugar because i think sugar is "bad", i just genuinely do not like the feeling of a sugar high.
Ingredients:
1 + 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut flour
3 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 - 1/2 bar of @lilys_sweets chocolate bar (crushed in pieces)
pinch of mountain salt
Method:
1.preheat oven to 350.
2.all all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together. make sure there are no large clumps of almond flour*
3.add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
4.add in the chocolate and form little balls of dough.
5.add to a baking sheet (cookies won't spread too much) and bake for 12 minutes.
Let me know if you try these out! i'm stoked for you to try 🙂
I used to think that needing help meant I was failing, but hiring someone to help with my online class taught me otherwise. When I decided to hire someone to take my online class, it was out of necessity, not laziness. I had multiple responsibilities that couldn’t be ignored. The help I got was reliable and confidential, and the performance exceeded my expectations. Sometimes getting help is just being smart about your time and priorities.
